The property was newly remodelled with exceptionally welcoming and helpful staff at the reception desk, I liked the stay. The location was marvellous for me. Didn't like when it was cold outside, went to Eat to relax and grab some food.
Everything was amazing!

The room was newly renovated and wonderful, and with an amazing view of sea and moutains. It had an exceptionally comfortable bed and included a modern bathroom a shower, a hairdryer and towels. The hotel was in a great location, in the center of town.

Hotel was great and lovely, I really enjoyed the stay.
Generally the service was excellent, the room was big and retro with double mattress and a view back to Eilat and a rain shower. It was nice to have an electric kettle and a fridge available.

It was comfortable and the cleanliness
The night staff could not find my reservation and were not very helpful. I arrived at 3am due to a delayed flight and was very tired and he insisted I pay before I could go to my room.

Good location close to the beach and the coral reef for diving, and quiet for being away from the hustle and noise of the main town
The variety of food for vegetarians was not good

The hotel was close to the Coral Beach, just 10 min. walk from the coral nature reserve. The design concept was cool and well implemented. Each floor had different music theme and color set. The breakfast was served until 12 in the morning which is perfect for morning sleepers. The backyard with pool was a cool chill out place with huge pillows and tents, but the staff by its bar should take a course in customer service. However, the staff at the lobby/check in was very helpful.
The bathroom had some leaking problems. The internet was far too expensive.

The proximity to beaches away from the tourist part of Eilat is the best thing about the hotel if you are there to enjoy the natural things of Eilat. The pool area is great with lovely lounges to lie on and look beyond the palm trees towards the sea with the mountains of Jordan in the distance. Yoga on Saturday is offered free and the teacher is excellent.
The breakfast is varied & plentiful but not enough healthy options - need more fruit.

Rooms nicely appointed, clean and reasonably quiet, all with seaview. Short walk to the beach, close to a very good restaurant-Saberest Grill. Skip hotel dinners and head straight to Saberest.
Free internet is a most nowadays. Even in budget hotels.

We did not want to stay in the downtown area. The location was perfect for us, large lap pool, palm trees and an ocean view. By usa standards, the rooms clean but showed wear. Large flat screen tv, small fridge and comfortable bed. Included mediterranean breakfast buffet, which was a good value. Dinner @ 85 Shekels was not. Towels for pool or beach required a card from the front desk, a necessary evil. Wi-fi charges ridiculous. Book or extend on line, desk will charge you rack rate.
Most staff answered the absolute minimum. Effective, but no smiles.

Recommend it for families
The breakfast was something to remember, all sorts of cheeses and fresh pastries it was like heaven on a plate. The kids loved the pool area, plenty of space to run around and splash. It was like they were in their own paradise.
It wasn't exactly cheap but it was still reasonable for the quality you get.
